There is no purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by or restricted by law. This game is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States for the duration of the game. Employees of Beep, the Daily Herald, Reflejos, Paddock Publications or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents or other representatives of any kind and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. The winner may be required to execute affidavits of eligibility.

One entry per person/e-mail address per day will be considered. Only one winner per household or immediate family per 30-day period is permitted.

Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. All taxes, tips, gratuities and other miscellaneous expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Unless otherwise stated, winners must claim their prizes at Beep, 155 E. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, IL 60005. You may be asked to show a form of picture ID. Written permission must be obtained for all prizes mailed from the magazine, either by postal mail or by fax, and must include a form of the winner’s identification for verification purposes.

In the event that the winner is unable to claim a time-sensitive prize, another winner will be randomly selected. All other prizes not claimed within 90 days are considered forfeited.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.

All decisions of Beep are final. Beep reserves the right to amend or change the rules at any time during the course of the promotion. Winners will be contacted via telephone and/or e-mail. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their name(s) and/or likeness(es) posted on Beepcentral.com, in Beep and may be used in future promotions.

Beep and Paddock Publications reserve the right to cancel this game for any reason that it deems appropriate, including, without limitation, a computer virus, bug or other technical problem that corrupts the administration, security or proper functioning of this sweepstakes. Should this sweepstakes be cancelled prior to the applicable date(s) for entry, notice will be posted in versions of Beep and/or the Daily Herald.

All entries become the Beep’s property and will not be returned. By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the selection of winner, which is final and binding in all respects.

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Beep and Paddock Publications, its subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions, including their respective officers, directors, employees and agents; and sponsors from damages or losses arising from the use, misuse or possession of any prizes received.

Beep, Paddock Publications and/or its sponsors are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or non-deliverable due to any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, online communication malfunction or failure, computer or computer program malfunction or failure, or human error that may occur in the processing of entries to this game. Unlawful, unintelligible, illegible, obscene, indecent or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The sponsors reserve the right to scrutinize all entries for these requirements prior to entry in the game.
